- To promote Information Technology (IT) knowledge and awareness in the community, especially for young children, housewives, elderly, people with disabilities, new arrivals and the disadvantaged;
- To promote the wider use of IT for supporting Government’s IT policy for making Hong Kong a digital city in the globally connected world;
- To develop the creativity of the youths in IT applications for improving their employability;
- To provide IT solution services to individuals, small business and organizations for IT advancement and improvement.
